Mrs H, 90 years old, from Sutton Coldfield called us looking for a replacement ceramic coal bed for her beloved gas fire, an immaculate Baxi Bermuda Gas Flame Super, over 40 years old, serviced annually and in stunning condition.

Her Gas Safe engineer suggested she contact Trust A Part “If they can’t supply one, no-one can.’

We rose to the challenge.

Since this ceramic item is so fragile we hand delivered it. Mrs H even had the original MIs so we could verify the part number! (if all customers did this it would make our job so much easier)
