What are Trust A Part’s opening hours?

Monday to Friday 09.00 to 16.00.

Because boilers never break down when it’s convenient, for urgent out-of-hours collections please Contact Us and we’ll try to help you.

What is the cut off time for next working day delivery?

We offer next day working delivery to the UK mainland (excluding Scottish highlands, Northern Ireland and Islands) for orders submitted from Monday to Friday before 3pm. 

For any orders placed after 3pm on a Friday, we will dispatch the next working day after the weekend.

What delivery options does Trust A Part offer?

We use DPD and Royal Mail Tracked, and Royal Mail standard delivery for small and low-value items.

48 hour delivery with Royal Mail is also available for non-urgent items.

Guaranteed Saturday delivery is available at extra charge, please call to discuss prices.

Same day rush delivery is available, please call for prices.

Can I collect in person?

Yes – just call ahead so we know you are coming and please observe all the usual rules of social distancing to keep you and our staff safe.

For collections in the early morning, late evening, weekends and national holiday we use our secure self-service PartBox. We send a PIN code by Text Message so you can collect at your convenience.

Are Trust A Part parts all new?

We offer new parts, refurbished and also good second hand parts. Each item is clearly described with its condition. Some of the parts we stock are for gas appliances up to 30 years old so the packaging may be worn.

Does Trust A Part offer a warranty on spare parts?

Yes – for all new spare parts, we offer a 12 month warranty.

What if I have ordered the wrong part or need to return an order?

Non faulty returns

Non faulty returns are accepted for up to 30 days from purchase date subject to a 20% restocking charge. Items must not have been fitted and must be in their original undamaged packing.

All items are UV security marked to ensure the original part is returned.

Postage to be paid by the buyer.

Faulty returns

Faulty items must be returned within 12 months of purchase date with proof of purchase and a description of the fault.

Items will be checked by our engineers and if they are found to be faulty a credit will be issued. Non-faulty items will not be refunded.

Initial postage is to be paid by the buyer, if the item is faulty the return postage will be refunded on proof of postage.
