Suitable for Worcester GREENSTAR boilers from 12kW to 30kW, both NG and LPG.

Electrodes wear with time, leading to poor ignition and monitoring. The gaskets can become brittle and split, allowing combustible gasses to leak from the combustion chamber, thus damaging the boiler.

The white electrodes conduct the high-voltage pulse from the spark generator to ignite gas on demand, like spark plugs in a petrol engine.
The blue electrode is a flame sensing electrode, so the boiler’s PCB knows when ignition has occurred, and works as a fail-safe when ignition has failed.
The red gasket seals the electrode assembly in the combustion chamber of the heat exchanger.
