Direct replacement for a failed manifold, includes a new diverter valve, all necessary seals and fasteners.

Rare part, now unavailable from most other suppliers.

Also known colloquially as a ‘Right Hand Block’ this is a popular repair item for Worcester Greenstar boilers with the ‘kebab’ type heat exchanger.

For use with the following boilers:

Worcester Bosch Greenstar ErP 25i
Worcester Bosch Greenstar ErP 30i

Both Natural Gas (NG) and Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG)

NB. there are 2 similar Return Manifolds, part numbers 87161064420 and 8716117424

87161064420 Return Unit is fitted to many current Worcester Combi Boilers.
8716117424 Return Unit is only fitted to Worcester Bosch Greenstar ErP 25i and 30i boilers.

Although both Return Units look identical, and have the same moulding number, they are not compatible since they have different diverter valve motors.

87161064420 Return Unit has the 8716106847 Diverter Valve Motor fitted, whilst this 8716117424 Return Unit has the 8718682839 Diverter Valve Motor, hence why they are used on different boiler ranges. Please order carefully as if the wrong one is fitted it will not work correctly and the problem may be difficult to diagnose.

The Return Manifold is found in the Hydraulic section of the boiler and is used to regulate the flow of water between different components within the system.
